This marathon was not quite on my plans but I was able to get an entry pretty cheap on Ebay and decided to take the family to Washington for a weekend trip!!! Great way to see all the monuments. Can't wait!!!

Gearing Up For The Most Beautiful Marathon in the World!!!!!
Adding up to the list of things that t I decided to do in my homeland many years after leaving it I signed up for the Rio de Janeiro Marathon to be held on July 17th!
I personally believe that Rio de Janeiro is one of the most beautiful city in the world but just the thought of running a marathon along that beautiful landscape gets me very excited. Despite the fact that I have lived in Rio for 25 years I still lose my breath every time I visit. I truly believe that the Rio de Janeiro Marathon course is the most beautiful in the world.
